Secret Recipe . . .

Cabbage

Ingredients

• ½ cabbage sliced fine

• Medium onion sliced fine

• 1 teaspoon mustard seeds

• 1 teaspoon of cumin

• A sprig of curry leaves

• 1 sliced tomato
 
Method

• Put oil in pan

• Add spices

• Wait 5 minutes

• Add curry leaves and onions

• Fry until onions brown

• Add cabbage and tomatoes

• Cook for approximately 10 minutes

• Add salt to taste

Enjoy with rice!
