The Scene: At Hugo, where they serve western food with an Asian twist, the deals are set menu items served in large portions. One of the distinct dishes is Charbroiled Lemon Grass Chicken Steak with Wasabi Sake Teriyaki Sauce. Japanese eel and teriyaki sauce are served together with steak and lobster. For a late night bite, diners stroll in after 9pm to enjoy mini set meals such as traditional Indonesian Fried Rice served with Hong Kong style lemon tea. The Laksa is as traditional as those of Singapore hawkers. The creative and inexpensive menu selection makes Hugo contemporary, suitable for modern crowds and families.
