Are you looking for eager, ready to work employees? Are you willing to train? Then the PICS Wage Subsidy can work with you! Our goal is to assist our clients in entering the full-time workforce.

We provide a percentage of our participants’ wage for a specific period of time as agreed by us and you. We can pay up to a maximum of 60% of the wage for a period of up to 26 weeks.

To qualify: you must have a valid business licence and have been in operation for at least two years, be ready to employ an eligible individual on a long-term basis at a minimum 30 hours a week and provide them with on the job work experience.
